  • Is it beginner-friendly?
    Yes, our workshop is very beginner-friendly! We provide step-by-step instructions and hands-on guidance to ensure that even those with no prior experience can successfully create their own plushie. Our use of knitting machines simplifies the process, making it easy for beginners to pick up and enjoy. Plus, our experienced instructors are there to support you every step of the way.
  • When are your workshops?
    Our workshops are available Thursday through Monday by appointment. To find a time that works best for you, please visit our workshop page to view specific availabilities and book your session.
  • Where are your workshops located?
    Our workshops are held at 12 S Fair Oaks Ave in Pasadena, CA, at the corner of E Colorado Blvd and Fair Oaks Avenue, right in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.
  • Is there parking?
    Yes! There is street parking available, as well as a nearby parking lot called Schoolhouse Garage, which charges just $1 for the first 2 hours.
  • Do I need to bring or prepare anything?
    No need to bring anything—just yourself and your creativity! We provide all the materials and tools you'll need for the workshop. A signed waiver is required to participate. If you’re bringing a minor, please note that a parent or guardian will need to sign and submit a liability waiver before the workshop begins. If the parent or guardian won't be present, please contact us in advance to request a copy of the waiver for review and signature.
  • Are kids allowed?
    Yes! Our workshops are recommended for participants ages 7 and up. All participants under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult who also signs up for the same workshop. Please note that each person attending, including parents or guardians that want to accompany participants, must book their own spot and create their own plushie—no sharing of designs is allowed.
  • Can I book a workshop for a birthday party or special event?
    Yes, we offer workshops for kids' parties and special events! Whether you're planning a birthday party or a unique gathering, we’ll help make it special. Just let us know the occasion, number of guests, and your preferred date, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can find more details on our Kids Party and Special Events page.
  • Do I need to schedule in advance?
    Yes, our workshops are currently by appointment only. Please make sure to schedule in advance to secure your spot. You can book a workshop directly here. Just select your desired date, time, plushumi design, and complete the payment process.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer a full refund or rescheduling if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop. All party/event deposits are final and non-refundable. No refund if you do not show up for the workshop or cancel less than 7 days before. No return, exchange, or refund available for any plushie(s) and/or plushie accessories made and/or purchased during the workshop.
  • Can I reschedule?
    Yes! We understand if something comes up and you may need to reschedule to another available date. You can reschedule your workshop if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. You can easily reschedule yourself through our website by logging into your profile and going to ‘My Bookings.’ If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us.
  • How can I change my design selection?
    If you’d like to change your design selection (e.g., from a bunny to a bear), please contact us at least 3 days in advance. We’ll be happy to help you make the change. Let us know your new design choice and we’ll take care of the rest!
