What times are workshops and parties available?

Our workshops are held regularly throughout the week, with sessions available on both weekdays and weekends. Times may vary by location, and we also offer private party bookings for birthdays and special celebrations.  12 S Fair Oaks Ave, Pasadena, CA 91105
 ✨ Located at the corner of E Colorado Blvd and Fair Oaks Ave, in the heart of Old Town Pasadena.

Houston Location:
 1847 W Alabama St, Houston, TX 77098
✨ Workshop entrance is on the west side of the building, along Hazard St.

New York Location:
147 W 35th St, Ste 705, New York, NY 10001
✨ Located between 7th Ave & Broadway in Midtown Manhattan.

Charlotte Location:
221 E Kingston Ave, Ste B, Charlotte, NC 28203
✨ Located in the trendy and evolving South End neighborhood. Workshop entrance is on the NE side of the building.

Is there parking?

Pasadena / LA Parking:
Street parking is available, and there’s also the nearby Schoolhouse Garage, just $1 for the first 2 hours.

Houston Parking:
We have a parking lot on site, along with additional street parking nearby.

New York Parking:
Parking in Midtown is very limited, so we recommend taking public transit when possible. Our studio is just a short walk from Herald Square Station and Penn Station.

Charlotte Parking:
Street parking is available. We’re also just steps from the Charlotte Rail Trail and within walking distance of the Light Rail station.

Are kids allowed?

Yes! Participants must be at least 7 years old to participate in our workshops. Please note that each person attending, including parents or guardians that want to accompany participants, must book their own spot and create their own plushie, no sharing of designs is allowed.

Can I watch or accompany my child without participating in the workshop?

Accepted Answer

No, all attendees must reserve their own spot and participate in the workshop. We have a 1 Person, 1 Plushie Policy so each participant, including accompanying adults, must book a spot and create their own plushie, no sharing of designs is allowed.​ Parents and guardians are welcome to wait in our designated waiting area (limited seating available) or nearby and stay reachable by phone.

Can I book a workshop for a birthday party or special event?

Yes, we offer workshops for kids' parties and special events! Whether you're planning a birthday party or a unique gathering, we’ll help make it special. Just let us know the occasion, number of guests, and your preferred date, and we’ll take care of the rest. Do I need to schedule in advance?

Yes, our workshops are currently by appointment only. Please make sure to schedule in advance to secure your spot. What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a full refund or rescheduling if you notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop. All party/event deposits are final and non-refundable.

No refund if you do not show up for the workshop or cancel less than 7 days before. No return, exchange, or refund available for any plushie(s) and/or plushie accessories made and/or purchased during the workshop.

Can I reschedule?

How can I change my design selection?

Accepted Answer

If you’d like to change your design selection (e.g., from a bunny to a bear), please email us at contact@plushumi.com (contact@plushumi.com)at least 3 days in advance. We’ll be happy to help you make the change. Let us know your new design choice and we’ll take care of the rest!

Question 12

Do I need to bring or prepare anything?

Accepted Answer

No need to bring anything, just yourself and your creativity! We provide all the materials and tools you'll need for the workshop.

A signed waiver is required to participate. If you’re bringing a minor, please note that a parent or guardian will need to sign and submit a liability waiver before the workshop begins. If the parent or guardian won't be present, please contact us in advance to request a copy of the waiver for review and signature.
