Booking and Payment

Workshop: Full payment is required to secure your spot.
Party/Event: A $150 deposit to reserve your booking. The remaining balance is due in person on the day of the party/event.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us at contact@plushumi.com or request online at least 7 days before your booking start time. Cancellations or changes within 7 days are non- refundable. All party/event deposits are final and non-refundable.
The plushies made during the workshop/party/event are made with delicate materials. Participants should handle them with care. We are not responsible for any tear or damage that occurs after participants leave our studio. Do not machine wash the plushies; spot clean only. No return, exchange, or refund are available for any plushie(s) and/or plushie accessories made and/or purchased during the workshop.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may still join the workshop/party/event, but please note that you may miss some important instructions or time to work on your plushie. Our instructors will assist as much as possible, but we won't be able to extend the workshop/party/event time.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late or do not show up for the scheduled workshop/party event, the reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Any changes must be communicated via email at contact@plushumi.com at least 7 days before your booking start time. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the total amount due.

Our workshops are recommended for participants ages 7 and up.
All participants under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult who also signs up for the same workshop. Each participant, including accompanying adults, must book a spot and create their own plushie—no sharing of designs is allowed.

A signed waiver is required to participate. If you’re bringing a minor, please note that a parent or guardian will need to sign and submit a liability waiver before the workshop begins. If the parent or guardian won't be present, please contact us in advance to request a copy of the waiver for review and signature.

All participants, including minors, must follow safety guidelines and treat others and the environment with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe behavior or disturbances to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Please observe all instructions from the instructor on how to handle the knitting machine. Any damage to the machines will incur charges for replacing broken parts plus applicable labor fees.
